Using Fedare

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Fedare only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your merchant account and connected point-of-sale systems.

Customer relationships

You determine your loyalty-program rules and are responsible for communicating those rules to customers, obtaining any required consent, and responding to customer requests. Fedare acts as a service provider for the merchant’s loyalty program.

Connected services

Features that rely on Shopify, Stripe, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Supabase, Vercel, or other providers may be affected by those providers’ availability and terms. You authorize Fedare to exchange the minimum data required to provide each enabled integration.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Fees, applicable taxes, plan limits, and cancellation timing are presented before purchase. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Fedare for fraud, unlawful surveillance, unsolicited marketing, or deceptive loyalty offers.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access another merchant’s data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected portions of the platform.
• Do not upload content or data you lack authority to process.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects an active paid service, except when immediate action is required for security, law, or a third-party platform change.

Disclaimers and liability

Fedare is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular business result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fedare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using Fedare and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or security risk. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
